Jayne Gandy, Chief Operating Officer: In Her Words

Jayne Gandy joined Bennett in 2005 as one of the company’s specialists in college and university counseling, quickly extending her area of expertise to include Pre-K through 12th grade placement throughout the U.S.  After Bennett’s 2018 acquisition of School Choice International, Jayne took on the role of Chief Operations Officer, applying her skills to overseeing the company’s daily workflow. As part of her role, she works closely with the company’s Global Team Leads, supporting them in their work with Bennett’s many consultants around the world.

​Prior to joining Bennett, Jayne was a school and college counselor at a highly competitive public high school in Pennsylvania. She also worked as an academic advisor to incoming students at the University of Delaware, counseling them on course selection and longer-term planning.
