We’re delighted to announce that Bennett is holding a much-postponed employee retreat for professional development, skills-training & collegiality, December 6-8, & we’re excited to reflect on our recent journey as a new company as we plan for 2022! We’re gathering our team from around the globe, taking all the necessary precautions for everyone’s well-being and very much looking forward to seeing everyone in person again.
When we became Bennett International Consultancy in 2018 and went through a rebranding to determine our new name, articulate our mission as a new company, and establish goals for ourselves, our branding company put forth what they understood to be our core values, the guideposts of our identity. They had been speaking with many of you—the clients of our legacy companies—in order to understand your experience with us and how you saw us. Likewise, they had spoken with employees from both of our legacy companies & they came back to us holding up a big mirror.
When we gather next week, we’ll be reviewing our guideposts and asking ourselves how well we’re living them as a company: Education, Expertise, Guidance, Problem Solving, Civility and Empathy. We’ll discuss how they inform our every act and conversation, be it with a client or a member of the Bennett team.
We’ll also be laying out our plans for 2022 as we head toward the end of 2021. We’ve had another good year, thank you, despite our shared challenges.
