Happy Thanks for Everything
I hope this finds you well and, if you celebrate Thanksgiving, I hope you have at least some of your grocery shopping behind you and that your silver is polished and your kitchen is in order.
Yes, it’s the time of year when, as we prepare the feast, we check flight times and plan airport pickups and gauge travel times between homes—the great rituals of reuniting with loved ones. I entered my kitchen early Saturday morning to the sounds of my sons laughing together, re-united, and my heart soared.
At a time when the world seems more fraught than ever, and when reading the headlines becomes more and more of a painful duty, the already-infinite list of things to be grateful for grows exponentially.
So, I’ll begin by sending this heartfelt thank you to all of our clients, partners, and colleagues who keep Bennett healthy and inspired; and, whether or not you officially celebrate Thanksgiving, we wish you a pause in your daily life, a moment to lift your head from work and enjoy a deep breath, a good meal, close companionship and all that is lovely.
